Afternoon Teas, Christmas and Easter Gifts
It has been over a year since we had to close our lunch clubs due to Covid-19, but despite this Age Concern Eastwood have been busy making sure our members have been supported.
The lunch club helpers from all 3 clubs have been keeping in contact with members by phone, sending newsletters, poems and gifts.
Age Concern Eastwood have been surprising members with takeaway afternoon teas, provided by Ian’s Kitchen in Eaglesham; Christmas goody bags and Easter flowers, which have all helped to let them know that we have not forgotten them.
This will continue until we are able to re-start the lunch clubs.
